I'm a certified health coach and fitness aficionado for the busy and stressed-out professional. I'm a fundamental believer in healthy eating and exercise as the only, true road to health and wellness. I'm not a "magic bullet" kind of fitness enthusiast. I don't have a sexy message. My ideal client wants to change up their game. I can fan a flame. But, I can't start the fire.
So, I don't sell any special juices or supplements, oils or shakes, powders, potions, or aggressive fitness programs. I just help you to become mindful of everything you put into your body and help you to discover what type of exercise is right for you. It needs to be something you LOVE to do. Or, you won't do it for long. Whatever journey we begin together remains a journey. Eventually, you can implement all the tools we've shared together and handle more of the journey yourself. I help you embark on a lifestyle change. Not a "diet". Not "deprivation"; rather, a series of small changes that, over time, become good habits that replace the old ones. My clients need to be "all in"! Along the way, sometimes journeys are surprised by "detours". But, my clients must be "in it" for the long haul.
